We recently were contacted by a client to help him with his bathroom remodeling project. With the growing family, their only small second floor family bathroom not only needed cosmetic renovation, but also enlargement and change of layout to better utilize existing space.
Here is the before pictures:
Here are some After photos:
New hanging vanity with natural stone counter top extended over the toilet.
Finished flooring is done with hexagonal natural stone (carrera marble) mosaic tiles. We also installed Nuheat electrical heated mats underneath finished floor to provide extra comfort during cold winters.
Here is what our client had to say after we’ve completed the project:
“This is the second job Bowerbird has completed for us, the first being an attic Reno. Our home is an old Victorian so the bathroom was very small. Victor and Andrei provided a detailed estimate to redo the entire space, including moving the wall back to add 18″ to the overall bathroom size. Once the work began and the floor came up, it was clean the electrical was in bad shape, and have the floor had no subfloor. The tub was essentially sitting on the floor beams. The plumbing was also a mess. Bowerbird cleaned up the entire mess, moved all the plumbing so we could reconfigure the tub without adding very much to the original estimate. They were on time and on budget, with the quality of the finished work outstanding. We will continue to go to them for any future projects.”
